Our job was to capture it on screen. From the first hero image to the final checkout confirmation, every interaction was designed to communicate: this is not ordinary furniture, and this is not an ordinary buying experience.
Ikonik builds premium outdoor and indoor furniture — sofa sets, dining sets, bar stools, coffee tables, sun loungers — all made-to-order with hardwoods, powder-coated metals, and sustainable fabrics. The challenge was building a digital experience that communicates the same quality you feel when you touch their furniture in person. A generic e-commerce template would undermine everything the brand stands for.
Every pixel had to earn its place. We developed a restrained, gallery-style layout that lets Ikonik's lifestyle photography do the talking. Generous whitespace, considered typography, and subtle animations create the kind of browsing experience that mirrors walking through a showroom — unhurried, aspirational, and intentional.
Ikonik doesn't sell off-the-shelf. Every piece is made-to-order with a 4-week lead time. We designed the buyer journey around this — setting expectations early, showcasing the craftsmanship process, and positioning wait time as a feature, not a friction point. Ikonik runs a trade partner programme alongside their B2C channel. We built a separate trade portal with dedicated pricing, bulk ordering, and partner resources — keeping the luxury consumer experience pure while serving the wholesale business efficiently.

The checkout flow handles made-to-order complexity — letting buyers select materials, finishes, and delivery preferences seamlessly.
We manage Ikonik's complete social media presence, creating content that extends the "Art of Outdoor Living" brand across Instagram and Facebook. Lifestyle imagery, behind-the-scenes craftsmanship content, and customer showcase features build community and drive qualified traffic back to the site.
